List/details of EP-DT meeting rooms:


  • 155/R-047 : ~ 20 persons, equipped computer, projector, phone conference > meeting room to be booked via Indico

  • 20/1-004 :  ~ 15 persons, equipped computer, projector, phone conference capability > meeting room to be booked via Indico

  • 25/R-032 :  ~ 8 persons, equipped white board > workspace

  • 153/1-001:  ~ 10 persons, equipped white board > worskpace

If the rooms are closed, you can find a key in the EP-DT Secretariat located in 166/R-010


Some Guidelines:


  • Log off on the computer before leaving

  • Switch off the laser pointer and the projector, but not the computer

  • Leave the room tidy (chairs, tables, cables..)

  • Do not disconnect anything on the computer

  • Lock the door when leaving
