The FS section develops, maintain and operates infrastructure for detector operation. It comprises:

Section Leader: Paolo Petagna

These activities are a service of EP-DT available for all experiments at CERN. They offer a coherent, ready-to-use deliverable, support, advice and consultancy. M&O, including 24/7 on-call services, of large gas and detector cooling systems for the LHC experiments is responsibility of the section.
Each service is managed by a Project Leader that ensures services are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements, and manages the service lifecycle in conjunction with a stable Service Team.
